Grand daughter Shelby celebrated Cinco de Mayo today at school. They partied with games, a pinata, chips and salsa and other Mexican foods, and of course they each got a sombrero to wear, because how can you possibly celebrate Cinco de Mayo without a sombrero on your head? She said it was fun. We wanted to eat at our favorite Mexican restaurant this afternoon, but the line was out the door. Happy Fifth of May, everyone!

Rockin' that sombrero! :-) I heard lots of people say they couldn't get near El Tap today.
How cute! Yeah, we tried to go to our nearest mexican place but it was packed!!! Bummer. We'll celebrate tomorrow. :o)
