These two have been next door neighbors and best buds for the past two years or so. Grandson Elijah and his friend Anthony have had some great times playing together. Elijah’s dad has said that Anthony is at their house so much of the time that he should declare Anthony a dependent on his tax return. Elijah’s mom says they’ve been together so much that they’re more like brothers than friends ~ and they fight like brothers. Today is their last day to play together. Anthony is moving out of state tomorrow. Elijah says they can talk to each other with Face Time. I hope they do. I hope they stay in touch. Good friends are hard to find and harder to let go. I know they’ll miss each other terribly. Bye, ‘Anfony’, we’ll miss you!

All of these pictures are so cute! So sorry that Elijah is losing his bud, but thanks to technology they will be able to see and talk to each other after Anthony moves. It's hard to lose a good friend when they move away. I remember when Scott Poteet moved away. We were all heartbroken.
I'm so sad for Elijah! It's hard to lose a bud like that. I hope they stay in touch, and who knows? He may move back some day. Great shots, by the way! :)
