"All photographs are memento mori. To take a photograph is to participate in another person’s (or thing’s) mortality, vulnerability, mutability. Precisely by slicing out this moment and freezing it, all photographs testify to time’s relentless melt."— Susan Sontag

Day Seventy Three
Best And Worst
The best thing about this time of year is blooming flowers like this Daffodil that's all droopy with rain drops.
The worst thing about this time of year is daylight savings time. I hate it. Enough said.
Pretty picture! I love buttercups, and the smell is heavenly :) A definite sign of Spring.
ReplyDeleteOurs haven't bloomed yet. Most certainly the best thing about Spring! I'll get used to DST but I won't have to like it! :-)
ReplyDeleteAwesome shot!!! Buttercups are the coolest!! Wooo, Spring!!!
