Day Eighty Nine

Sweet Reward

Granddaughter Shelby made four As and four Bs on her last report card. Neil and I took her to the Dairy Queen for an Oreo Blizzard to celebrate. She always chooses D.Q. for her sweet reward. Way to go on the great grades, Shelby!

Elijah got a sweet treat, too, even though he didn't make any grades at all. Oh well. Neither did Granny and Grandpa, but that didn't stop us from enjoying a yummy D.Q. treat, too. Looking forward to Shelby's next set of good grades!

Day Eighty Nine

A rare weekday lunch with my two daughters--a treat for me and Neil. We ended up at Wendy's. Some drink switching and sandwich rearranging happening here. The four of us actually shared that chocolate Frosty. Now that's quality family time, my friends.
