Day One Hundred Three 2011

Grand daughter Shelby created this ice cream sundae yesterday after school: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream (the cool kind that squirts like crazy from a can), Hershey's dark chocolate syrup, and to top it off, dark chocolate M&M's. A work of art, no? Yes!

Day Seventy Nine 2011

The best way to celebrate the first day of spring is to go to the D.Q. and eat a Blizzard. Or to eat a sundae just because it's Sunday. We never need an excuse to eat such treats--as long as we don't do it too often. Happy first day of spring, everyone!
