My niece, Julia Brooke Foy, was born October 3, 1997. She and loved ones celebrated her 12th birthday today with a party at her home. Here she is in her newborn picture and in a recent school picture.
Here is the birthday girl this afternoon, opening her presents. She is a Christian young lady, talented singer, actress, and artist, smart, sweet, and funny. What can I say? We love her to pieces!! Wishing you all the best of everything today and always, Julia!

Happy 12th, Ju-la-la! It was fun partying at the Foy's! Yummy cake, balloon fights, and good ole family fun time... all is good in the world. Praise the Lord!
