After yesterday's gnashing of teeth over clear sealer or a yellowish wood colored stain, Neil and I settled on the clear sealer for the deck. Wise decision. The deck looks pretty good after he got it all applied. On to the next big chore on the list: painting woodwork on both porches. More fun than human beings should be allowed to have.

Yeah, it looks great... brand new! Can't wait to see the house when it's all done... shouldn't be too much longer...wooo!
