This spore was caught in a spider's web on a planter sitting on the front walk. It's almost like looking through a cracked window pane.
I think this little leaf resting on the sidewalk is trying to tell us something.
It wouldn't be Friday without the sweet company of Elijah man. Grandpa was off work today, so the guys went to get a haircut together at the Village Barber Shop. Russell gave him a number 5 on top and a number 4 on the sides. Looks like the barber knows what he's talking about.
Wishing everyone an enjoyable and safe Labor Day Weekend!

I'm loving these pictures! Especially the one with the spore caught in the spider web. The leaf is beautiful (can't believe they're already turning) Lijah man is just too cute with his new haircut :-) We're looking forward to the get together on Sunday!!
I thought the web looked like a fire cracker at first! Cool! Spider webs are so neat... we have a BIG spider that weaves his web every night by the porch light... wicked little thing... ugh... I had a big black spider crawling on my shoulder during dinner at Outback tonight...made a scene... my skin is still crawling. Pretty leaf! Elijah's hair cut rocks! :o)
Love the spiderweb-spore pic! Very cool! And the leaves are turning a bit early this year, aren't they? So where's the pic of Neil and his new haircut? :-)
