Day One Hundred Fifty Three 2010

Word Cloud

There is a fun website called Wordle http://www.wordle.net where you can make word clouds if you're really bored. I did this one a few days ago and decided to share it here with you simply because you might enjoy the link and also I didn't take pictures today. The words in this word cloud were randomly plucked from my blog when I inserted my blog address into the search box. You can also cut and paste words from anything like a song or poem or grocery list or type in your own words. But, wait! there's more: you can choose the shape of your word cloud and the font and colors and such. More fun than human beings should be allowed to have. Try it, you'll like it.

Day One Hundred Fifty Two 2010

Surfin'

Grand daughter Shelby amused herself and her brother Elijah this morning with a little You Tube surfing. They love the Movies in 5 Seconds (Harry Potter, Titanic, Twilight and Lord Of The Rings being favorites), but the videos that bring the most laughter are the ones of cats doing wild and crazy stuff. Oh, yeah, and listening to Justin Bieber tunes helps pass the time, too.

Day One Hundred Fifty One

Memorial Day Snapshots

Remembering all the American soldiers who died in my place so I can be free to enjoy another day in the life of the greatest country on the planet. And to all the men and women who are serving right now in the United States military all over the world--THANK YOU!

Day One Hundred Fifty

Picture Postcards From Sunday Afternoon At Poet's

I had the best time this afternoon at Poet's On The Square with assorted peeps and peepettes. Frozen chai, not so tasty smoothies, chocolate lava cake, lots of random conversation and some good time belly laughs made for some good time memories. Hey, we weren't any louder than anybody else, right? Let's do again soon, guys!

Day One Hundred Forty Nine

The eastern sky over my back yard was all decked out in sunset colors late this evening. Stormy weather this afternoon, but we needed the rain.
