This bird was on the ledge outside the window by our table at El Tapatio restaurant this evening. We thought he was watching us eat and wanted some chips and salsa, but then we realized he couldn't see us. He was probably fascinated with his own reflection in the glass. Silly bird. He didn't know what he was missing.

Grandpeeps Shelby and Elijah are wearing their Power Balance bracelets. I've got one, too. So does hubby Neil. You've probably seen them on TV--those poor souls at the mall who can't seem to stand up straight when somebody pushes them, and then they put one of these bracelets on and voila! Instant balance. Daughter Holly works with a guy who sells them, and she was wearing one a couple of weeks ago, so Neil and I decided we had to have one, too. Now son in law Jerry is selling them. Want one? He might give you a deal. Do they work? Well, duh! Of course they do.
