Day One Hundred

Peeps

Neil and I stopped by Tractor Supply store today for birdseed and we ended up finding actual birds there, too. Little fuzzy baby chickens and baby ducks under heat lamps in these big tubs, making the biggest racket. Way cute!

I guess they were the left overs after Easter. Wonder what they do with them when nobody buys them? Peep peep!

Day Ninety Nine

TGIF~Pardon My Random

You can't use that in Scrabble. It's not a word. But we all know what it means.

You Are Here.

I had to throw away this trash can. I love the irony.

Aerial view of Buddy Cat eating. Again.

It's what's for supper. And it was yummy. Hope your TGIF was yummy. With some random thrown in for good measure.

Day Ninety Six

Sidewalk Art, Elijah Man, And An Iris

It's Spring Break. Grand kids Elijah and Shelby were here today, and both of them were sick. Poor Shelby had a fever and some kind of stomach bug which put her down for the whole day. And Elijah had a bad sunburn on his shoulders and back that gradually slowed him down until he was wiped out right along side Shelby this afternoon. We did manage to get in some sidewalk chalk art this morning and that was fun.

This is my fancy sidewalk chalk art heart. We tracked it into the house on the soles of our shoes.

The Tennessee state flower is blooming in our yard--just this one. For now. Others are sure to follow in the next few days. It was such a beautiful day today. Wish the kids could have enjoyed it. Get well soon, guys!!
