Day One Hundred Two 2011

The early bird gets the turkey. Son in law Jerry bagged a big tom turkey this morning and sent me this picture so I could make some prints and I thought I'd share it with you. Jerry is keeping the tail feather fan and I think the waddle, too. My daughter Holly says the two big turkey breasts are already in the freezer. Happy early thanksgiving. Nice shot, Jerry!

Grandson Elijah played his first T Ball game of the season this afternoon. His team is the Muck Dogs. This year, they keep score. His team lost this one, but they'll do better next time!

THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY!

Elijah waited for his sister Shelby after school with two Kit Kat bars melting in his sweaty little hands--one for him, one for her. When he realized they were melting, he ran inside and put them in the freezer and came running back, all out of breath, so he could be there to greet her.
