Day One Hundred Twenty Five 2012
Random TGIF
Roses for Mom using Canon Powershot color select.
Grandson Knox after his bath all wrapped up in his puppy dog towel.
Grand daughter Shelby decked out in her 1980’s (the ‘Me Generation’) outfit today for decade week at her school. She was totally neon with a side pony tail, fingerless lace glove, and her mom’s vintage 80’s charms necklace. Awesome to the max, dudette!
Happy TGIF, everyone!

Day One Hundred Twenty Four 2012
Ocha, our favorite Thai food deli, re-opened this week. The owners took a month long vacation as they do this time every year. It is probably the only business in existence that can close for a month and then re-open and pick up right where they left off, with no loss of clientele. Here is my son in law Kerry and my grandson Knox hanging out in the rose garden in the front of the restaurant.

Day One Hundred Twenty Three 2012
I'll be seeing you
In all the old familiar places
That this heart of mine embraces
All day through.
In that small cafe;
The park across the way;
The children's carousel;
The chestnut trees;
The wishin' well.
I'll be seeing you
In every lovely summer's day;
In every thing that's light and gay.
I'll always think of you that way.
I'll find you
In the morning sun
And when the night is new.
I'll be looking at the moon,
But I'll be seeing you.

Day One Hundred Twenty Two 2012
Grandson Knox is 5 months old. He’s reaching for things now, like this way cool toy giraffe. Love that smile!
On our walk home from school this afternoon with Grandson Elijah, we found this little blue speckled bird egg laying on the ground. Don’t know where it came from or what kind of bird it belonged to.
The fifth grade in Grand daughter Shelby’s school is celebrating “decade week”. Today’s decade was “The Fifties”. Shelby was decked out in this awesome poodle skirt her mom made for her. She wore her hair in a pony tail, of course. I told her she was ready for the sock hop. She said, 'What's a sock hop?' She had the best time today. Look out tomorrow cause here comes “The Sixties”.
