"All photographs are memento mori. To take a photograph is to participate in another person’s (or thing’s) mortality, vulnerability, mutability. Precisely by slicing out this moment and freezing it, all photographs testify to time’s relentless melt."— Susan Sontag

Nice shots, sis! Kelly looks just like you in that picture :) Wow, can't believe all the twirly things on your deck!
Lots of twirly things! Helicopters is what I called them when I was little. Looks like a nice Sunday to me! :-)
Well, thanks, Ann. That's a compliment for me, not so sure about Kelly :) We did call those tree seeds helicopters when we were little--now I just think of them as those twirly things. I have come to hate them. Was an enjoyable Sunday.
OF COURSE I TAKE IT AS A COMPLIMENT!!! :o) Glad I was part of your Sunday afternoon! Great weekend!!! Let's do it all over again next weekend! Hope we get good weather for a roast!!!
