Grandson Elijah played his first T Ball game of the season this afternoon. His team is the Muck Dogs. This year, they keep score. His team lost this one, but they'll do better next time!

Day Ninety Eight 2011
THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY! 
Elijah waited for his sister Shelby after school with two Kit Kat bars melting in his sweaty little hands--one for him, one for her. When he realized they were melting, he ran inside and put them in the freezer and came running back, all out of breath, so he could be there to greet her.

These purple irises are the prettiest thing in our yard right now. Hope they'll stick around for a while longer. It's a purple river of eye candy.
